At AA Damascus Knives, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every handmade Damascus steel knife we produce. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at yasirmushtaq313@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, sharpened, or modified
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items damaged due to improper use or storage

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Age Restriction By purchasing from AA Damascus Knives, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not sell to minors.
